Run Workout

 Wednesday night run workout - Consisted of 7 miles at a very moderate pace.  Finished up in 55 minutes.  We are getting ready for the teams first race on March 7 at the Jenny's Light 5K Run.  The goal was to get in some good mileage, without really taxing the legs.  Wanted to make sure each loop was about the same pace.
