Training Ride

Ok, well I did my ride in Kona for half ironman in May that I will be competing in. The ride was harder than I thought it would be, it was hot, humid and very windy.  I made it but the last 5 miles were very tough and I thought I would not make it. Ironman 70.3 Hawaii

Well, my husband did his 70.3 Ironman in Hawaii on May 30th. This was his 2nd time there. His time was 45 minutes better than last years time and he qualified for Clearwater Florida Championships in November.  He had a great race - did very well even in the heat and the tough run.
