Well, my husband did his 70.3 Ironman in Hawaii on May 30th. This was his 2nd time there. His time was 45 minutes better than last years time and he qualified for Clearwater Florida Championships in November.  He had a great race - did very well even in the heat and the tough run.

He will be doing a full Ironman on June 21st in Coeur d'Alene Idaho. This will be a very challenging and long day for him but I know he will do great. He is in such good shape and great physical condition.
