      <title>Resistance Bands</title>

      <description><![CDATA[So I started using my girlfriends resistance bands. I thought they weren't going to be that much of use, but found they actually worked pretty well when it comes to toning. Has any one else ever used them? If so, are there any effective workouts that you would like to suggest?]]></description>
