Ok I have been really busting my butt. Last Friday I ran a series of timed sprints 2 x 200, 2 x 400, 2 x 600, 2 x 400, 2 x 200. Plus a half mile warmup and a half mile cool down. Man they are tough. I forgot how much. My Polar heart monitor (I love this thing) was hitting up near 180. Then Saturday I rode 31.8 hilly, windy miles in 1.56. 1600 calories burned. On one hill my heart rate hit 187. Averaged 165 over the 2 hours. Then yesterday I ran 5.5 miles.
Thank god this is my -40 % week. So today I have a simple 40 minute bike ride.
