Training - Marathon

Well I have been really working on getting my running fitness up.  Of course my purpose is not just for running, but to get better tri times and make sure that when I have  a13.1 mile left at the end of my triathlon, that I have the energy to laugh at it. (probably won't happen).

So this weekend I have a half marathon to run it.  Shooting for 1:50.
