Well I have started 70.3 training for the Ford 1/2 Ironman in Kona May 31, 2008. It's tough because I have such a full athletic schedule. It's not the training. It's the events that might wear me out. I have scheduled 2 Olympic triathlons before hand as well as the Sea Otter MTB race. And that does not include all my Supermoto and Road races days!
