Bike ride

Well for the first time in 6 weeks I have been piling the miles back on.  124 this week on the bike.  45 on Saturday and 20 on Sunday (brick workout).  I'm tired!    Boy hard to believe 8 weeks ago I was cranking these out easily.

    A brick workout is when you do 2 different workouts back to back. Like cycling then running with no break.
