Update on Training

Name: Running Duration: 98 min Distance: 13.7 Miles Note: New PR for Half Marathon. Very happy. Coach told me I was faster then I thought. He was right. Ran 1:43. Took 13 minutes off best time. And the course was hilly. He paced me. 7:50 miles. Calories: 1650 Avg Heart Rate: 163  ...read more
