I have been Liffting on a daily basis for about 3 years now. I just recently changed up my routine, I was hitting a plateu at a certin weight and not gaining any size or tone anymore. My muscles were to used to the old routine. So I went on line and reserched some new stuff I could do. Along with that I got some tips from my Trainer friend PT. I also changed the muscle pairings that I workout during the week. It has work wonders, I was stuck between 158-161Lbs and within 2 months I am already up to 165 Lbs. The Pairings that I am working out now are:
Monday: Chest-Triceps
Tuesday: Abs-Cardio
Wednesday: Biceps-Shoulders
Thursday: Abs-Cardio
Friday: Lats-Traps-Back
I take the weekend off so that the muscles can rebuild. Depending on how I feel I may go in on Sunday and do some Cardio.
