Hi Everyone,

Since I did a lot of this during the weekend I figured that I would share some helpful advice on meditation.

I have found it to be the best way for me to fully relax. I have been meditating for about 4 years now and It really does help with the stressful events that can occur on a day to day basis. 

When you have to much going on and you feel a little overwhelmed, it is the perfect way to center yourself. Also I find that if you meditate before and after a massage it makes the entire experience much more beneful.
