It's tough not being able to go to the gym! There is no way I will be able to stay out of the gym for 4-6 weeks though. I've been walking, which is better than nothing, but if I kick up my heart rate at all it goes right to the injury area. The good thing is it is getting better each morning and with my change in diet, I think I'll heal a lot quicker than expected.
I'm not sure what I'm going to do for Super Bowl Sunday but I'm sure it will be pretty low-key. It doesn't help that I'm not a big fan of either team.
I do plan on trying to do some cardio on Saturday morning on a recumbent bike. I'll just go slow and work my way up.

ps- We went and watched the movie "Children of Men" last night. Good movie but definitely not a cheerful or feel-good movie. It was actually pretty depressing....
