Name: Mountain Biking
Duration: 90 min
Note: Well I did a bike ride today, it felt good to get on my bike again. I rode back country roads with rolling hills and a couple long grinds. It felt good to get my heart and lungs pumping. After I got home I clocked 17.8 miles and it took 90 minutes. I feel good and my knee is feeling better.
