Best friend if you are reading this I would like you to know that I am sooooo proud of you for following my healthy meal plan and exercise tips.

I can already see a difference in your appearance and general aura. You seem happier and more accomplished since you have been able to show yourself that you are capable of saying no to pastas and french bread.

This goes for anyone who is currently trying to follow meal and diet plans. Take it one day at a time and try to look at the overall goal and bits of self accomplishment to keep you motivated to keep going.

Be sure to drink a lot of water to keep you hydrated and your skin pure and free of dark spots and blemishes. It truely does help. Good luck to you all and keep up the good work.
