I hate swallowing pills; it's so gross and I hate the after taste that every single pill leaves behind as it travels down my throat...yuck! Before I had the option of "Hmm, do I want to take this or not?" I don't have that luxury anymore.
Now that I have to take these giant horse pills called "Prenatal Vitamins" on a daily, consistent basis it's even more of a pain. Before I used to take the prenatal vitamins to get my hair and nails to grow healthier and thicker, but now I HAVE to take them. I have no choice.
Let's just hope that they are doing the good that they claim to do.
