I'm back and already ready to hop on a plane and escape for another quick weekend getaway.

I went to Vegas for a couple of days hoping to ride the Desperado Roller Coaster in Primm, but when I got there it was closed...AGAIN.

The crappy part of it is that I called ahead of time to make sure that I didn't wast time going over there and it be closed. They said it was open and so I drove the hour out there and waited in line, got to the cashier and she said "sorry we had to keep it closed for maintenance."

Is that not BS or what? I couldn't believe it; that is the same thing they said the last time that I drove over there. Why do they even have maintenance? He obviously doesn't do his job if the roller coaster has to be closed every day.

Anyway Fremont Street is where I stayed this time and I like it much more than the strip becuase the strip is just like lliving here. My room was very nice and very cheap which is fantastic.

It looks like I will be making another trip out to Vegas to see if I can get on that roller coaster. We'll see what happens though; I'm not holding my breath.
