I am back to tracking my fitness again...it's about time. By the time I would remember to track my activity I would always forget how long, the distance and heart rates etc so tracking it wouldn't have made much sense since the info would have been incorrect. Now that I have been jotting it down it makes it much easier.
I only posted back to May 28th, becuase that's all I could remember through today, but I am going to make sure that I am much better and organized about it from here on out.
I have been using my elliptical for 30 minutes every other day and have been trying to take it moderately as I am pregnant hehe. Don't want to overcook baby Lo hah.
