Fitness Profile
I go to the gym 2-3 times a week. I usually do quick 15 minute cardio at medium level. Then I hit the weights: curls, bench press, shoulder press, leg press and dips at the bars.
Diet Profile
I try to eat healthy, but in all honesty still eat some bad stuff! At least I've lowered my food intake.
Interests
Anything design, cars, music, computers, video games, basketball, mountain biking.
