Well I ran my first 1/2 marathon this past weekend. I finished in 1:57. Which was my goal. (I'm pretty good at targeting my finishes). I felt good the whole race. I did get a little sore in my knees around mile 11 but I think that is normal for how little I run. Over all I was pleased, I think getting more running miles in will help my 1/2 Ironman goals later this year.
