In rough times...um like now...we need to cut costs in as many ways and areas as possible and working out is no exception.

We definitely want you to exercise and be healthy so I am going to tell you how to get fit or just stay in shape for a flat rate of $50 + tax.

Here is what you will need:

1) Exercise Ball - $15.00

Use this fabulous ball to build your core, increase flexibility, improve strength and posture. The ball will allow you more range of motion giving you a much more efficient workout.

2) Resistance Band - $10.00

The perfect tool to tone arms, shoulders and legs, creating a total upper body workout with benefits for buns and thighs. What's even better is that you can take these with ou anywhere...tone while you travel.

3) 2 10 Lb Dumbbell Weights - $20.00

Free weights are good for a variety of exercises to tone your muscles. This 10lb dumbbell is made of cast iron and dipped in neoprene for durability and a comfortable grip. Add these to your squats, lunges, and arm exercises for beautiful toned muscles in no time.

4) Jump Rope - $5.00

Jumping rope is a great cardio exercise. It gets your heart pumping, the sweat begins to bead, and it is essentially a great fullbody workout.

I would suggest searching the web for great deals on products like those mentioned above; sites like Amazon and Ebay can save you tons of green.

Put these tools to great use by popping in your ear buds, cranking up the volume on your iPod, and breaking a sweat. Add even more depth to your workout by incorporating a free workout from On Demand (Comcast) or similar service. It pays to save!
