Keeping it Real
Now that you've got your goals defined and a program laid out to achieve them, you'll need to stick to it to make it real. With personal tracking you'll be able to stick to your plan, day in and day out. Keep track of your exercise regimen: stretching, classes, weights, cardio. You'll be able to gauge your progress and keep yourself on track to meet that goal in as short as time as possible.
